The Board
The Board is ultimately responsible for the overall policy, finance, grant-making and administration of the organisation. It consists of the chair plus sixteen members (see below), who are appointed by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport. Board members form country committees which make grants for England-wide, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK.
