National Lottery Charities Board Information Sessions for Voluntary and Community Organisations


April-July 2001



This spring we are holding events to let people know about the changes to our grants from April 2000. There will now be a single programme replacing community involvement and poverty and disadvantage. There are also new funding priorities for the region, these are :



    

  • Voluntary and Community Sector development

  • Children and Young People,

  • Black and Minority ethnic communities

  • User led groups

  • Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley.



Events will take place at our regional office in Leeds and at venues across the region to help groups that are planning to apply for funding. They are open to people from voluntary and community groups and to development workers assisting these groups.
