Annual reports
Our Annual reports explain how we spend our money each year.

Consulting on our strategic plan
We carried out our consultation process in the summer of 2001 to inform the work of our new Strategic plan 2002-2007. The Strategic plan sets out the principles that will guide our grant-making, policies and processes over the next five years.

Equality scheme
Community Fund's first Equality Scheme, under Section 75 and Schedule 9 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, has recently received approval from the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. You can download the full report or a summary of the report from this website. You can also download a report representing our four year Equality Impact Assessment timetable as well as a consultation report on equality issues affecting ethnic minority communities.

Funding policies 2002 - 07
There are some changes to the way we make grants to voluntary and community groups. This leaflet explains the changes, which are being made following extensive consultation with the voluntary and community sector.

The Community Fund's grant making budgets
Community Fund is committed to openness and fairness in our grant-making. As part of this commitment we give information about the overall approach we use to allocate grant-making budgets.

You can get more information about this for the country or region you are particularly interested in by contacting the local office.

How to complain
This leaflet aims to help you understand the Community Fund's complaints procedure. If you work for, or are involved with, a charity or voluntary group, making a complaint will not affect your chances of receiving a grant from the Community Fund.

Promoting yourself through the media
This handbook aims to help grant holders and partner organisations with public relations (PR), and provide a guide to dealing with the regional media.

Strategic plan 2002 - 07
The Strategic plan describes the principles and values which will underpin our grant-making over the next five years. We consulted a wide range of voluntary and community organisations during 2001 and their views have been taken into consideration in drawing up this plan.

The investor approach: A way forward for Community Fund?
We commissioned David Carrington to undertake a scoping project for us, so we could learn from the experience of others who have used the investor approach.

Tracking performance 2002 - 07
This publication explains how the Community Fund distributes resources and knows it is making a difference
