David Fielding
Director of Organisational Development
David Fielding is leading Community Fund's strategic change programme.
He was previously Director of Personnel and Development at the Community Fund. Before this he held directorial roles at Lewisham Council and Phoenix House (the well known national drugs and alcohol charity). He is an Independent Assessor for Government appointments and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
David is also manager of the GB National Aikido Squad and has recently returned victoriously from the World Championships in Japan, winning two silvers and a bronze, thus confirming his position as Europe's most successful player ever.
