The Outline proposal form for projects based in Scotland

The Scotland office of the Community Fund is testing a new grant making process. All applications to the Scotland office will be dealt with under the new process. The new process is only for projects based in Scotland.

The first step of the new process is an outline proposal. All applicants must complete this form.
You will receive feedback on the chances of your application being successful, which will help you to decide whether you want to continue with an application.

You can download the Outline proposal form in EAF format or phone the Scotland office direct on 0141 223 8600, Minicom 0141 223 8628 for a CD-ROM or paper version of the form.

You must return your outline proposal form to us by 31 May 2005 as this programme is winding down to make way for new programmes. If you are encouraged to make a full application, you have until 31 August 2005 to send it in. The outline proposal form is used only for the Developing Communities Programme, the new name for former Community Fund grants.

Please note: The Research, International and Strategic grants programmes are not affected by the new process. Applicants to these programmes should use the standard application form for each programme. Pre-application forms for Strategic grants should be returned by 31 March 2005. Research and International grant application forms should be returned by 31 May 2005.
