I have a francophone family member in belgium who is having serious problems. Anyone know of any way i could find a debt advice helpline in belgium?

He should contact the local C.P.A.S
They can help him to manage his cash, contact creditors to make realistic payment plan, etc.

Tell him to avoid going to Confidis, city bank or other. They will push him deeper in trouble.
