We aim to fund projects that help people or communities overcome problems which stop them from playing a full part in economic, social and community activities.
We particularly want to support projects that help people who face severe, long-term, difficult to tackle disadvantage, or help people who face a combination of needs. We also want to support projects that try to prevent or reduce future disadvantage.
We will also fund projects that support and develop voluntary and community organisations and facilities, as well as projects directly benefiting people. We welcome applications from any eligible organisations which give support and advice to other voluntary and community groups. We also welcome applications for projects that help you to develop your own group. We will also support projects that introduce new ways of working in the voluntary and community sector.
