The Board

The Board is responsible for the overall policy, finance, grant-making and administration of Big Lottery Fund.
It consists of the Chair plus 13 members who are appointed by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport. Board members form country committees which make grants for Strategic grants, Research grants, International grants, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
