31/01/05 Changes to Big Lottery Fund programmes - Northern Ireland The Big Lottery Fund in Northern Ireland has announced important deadlines regarding its Voluntary and Community Funding programme (formerly known as Community Fund Large and Medium grants programmes). These are the important dates to remember if you wish to make an application :
31st March 2005 - last date to receive and return an outline proposal form 30 June 2005 - last date for receipt of applications forms. 11/06/04 Lucky London gets over £2.6 million in Big Lottery Fund grants The Big Lottery Fund in London is announcing its first grants for the region totalling over 2.6 million. The 24 grants are the first to follow the UK-wide launch of the new lottery good causes distributor on 1 June.
21/05/04 Over £2.5 million of Lottery money for groups in the Yorkshire and Humber Twenty-one groups throughout Yorkshire and the Humber received a grant announced today by the Community Fund, one of the National Lottery distributors. In total, £2,561,575 has been awarded to voluntary and community groups in our region.
21/05/04 Eleven groups have been successful in securing funding for their projects. Two organisations to have benefited will support disabled people, and have a collective win of £199,419.
24/05/04 Scottish lottery money creating more opportunities for independent living Organisations throughout Scotland are set to benefit from a cash injection of over £1.75m from the National Lottery.
21/05/04 Another £1.4 Million for South West Groups Over £1.4 million (£1,423,506) of Lottery money will be coming into the South West region with the latest round of Community Fund grants going to fifteen local community groups and charitable organisations.
They bring the total number of Lottery grants made in the South West since June last year to 118 projects worth over £12 million. 21/05/04 Salford Council for Voluntary Service scoop over £200,000 Lottery cash! Voluntary groups in Salford will be given a helping hand thanks to a £205,914 Lottery grant from the Community Fund. Salford Council for Voluntary Service was thrilled to receive the award and will be using the funding to enhance services provided to local voluntary youth and minority ethnic community groups.
